Position Title: ATM/CAM Availability and Governance Officer

 

 

Job Summary:

 

  • Responsible for managing the review and ensuring the compliance by concerned parties (i.e. PCOBG – PCMD- CDMD, ITG, OPG-CMSD, Branch, Service Providers, etc.) in addressing and resolving the ATM/CAM performance and availability issues within the prescribed SLA.  

  • Develop and maintain tools needed to effectively monitor, measure and meet the defined ATM/CAM and other Self- Service machines availability.

 

 

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensures that ATM/CAM and other Self- Service machines with issues in the Availability Report are properly logged and resolved within turn-around-time (TAT).

  • Responsible in the investigation, coordination and recommend resolution of ATM/CAM and other Self- Service machines with recurring problem reported by branches, CMSUs and Head Office support units.

  • Responsible in monitoring the completion of the quarterly Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) of and other Self- Service machines.

  • Responsible for checking, processing and approval endorsement of Quotations/Billings related to ATMs/CAMs and other Self- Service machines.

  • Responsible in monitoring and reporting Out-of-Scope services of Service Providers.

  • Responsible in monitoring and coordinating with Service Providers ATMs and other Self- Service machines below the threshold as reflected in the Availability Report.

  • Responsible in monitoring the Lease Contracts and the Lessors/ ATM sites requirements related to the installation and maintenance of the ATM and other Self- Service machines.

  • Responsible in facilitating Monthly Meeting of ATM/CAM and other Self- Service machines Service providers

  • Responsible in facilitating for the annual rating and submission of the Vendor Performance Review Checklist in coordination with other Bank units/ custodians.

  • Handles special projects related to ATM and other Self- Service machines.

  • Responsible in reviewing and monitoring the reports of all Service Providers

  • Responsible in reviewing and updating the policies and procedures related to assigned tasks

  • Responsible in handling of ATM CCTV viewing requests from internal and external units

  • Acts as designated alternate custodian in handling the A-Key Component 1 generation and transmission activity

  • Prepares/reviews all unit’s related reports

  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
