BUSINESS ANALYST, STRATEGIC SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

  • Provides monthly performance monitoring and analysis in relation to all ITBG products such as

  • Product profitability

  • Volume throughput and transaction count per product

  • Fee Income per product

  • CASA allocation per product

  • Channel Usage

  • Product Manager KRA monitoring

  • Ad-hoc reports such as Industry Analysis, Market Share

            Analysis

  • Support Product Managers requirements in terms of data gathering;

  • Coordinates with different support units to ensure accuracy of data;

  • Preparation of OPEX and CAPEX budget and expense management requirements specific to the ITBG; monitors ITBG together with IBS-SSD expenses and escalates if there is a potential breach;

  • Prepares senior management presentation in behalf of Group Head, Product Management Division Head and Channels Division Head in coordination with different internal units;

  • Address all internal and external audit, risk and control related requirements;

  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
