Position Title: Data Engineer

 

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for supporting project teams in the analysis of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements
  • Supports the design, build, enhancement and integration of infrastructure required to support the business portfolio or infrastructure platform in terms of robustness, scalability, availability and efficiency
  • Supports initiatives that deliver workable end-to-end infrastructure solutions that adhere to approved standards

 

Role Opportunities: 

  • Experience building a pioneer data engineer team in the bank from the ground up
  • Exposure to intricacies and dependencies of projects in a highly regulated environment
  • Exposure to business users who will act on analyses and generate real business results out of them

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years working experience in data engineer. Experience in the banking industry is a plus
  • Experience in querying and data wrangling tools such as, but not limited to, SQL, SAS, Power Query, R, or Python
  • Experience in using machine learning modeling tools such as, but not limited to, SAS Visual Analytics, Azure ML Studio, R, or Python
  • Experience in using data visualization tools such as, but not limited to, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
