Position Title: Head, ATM & Credit Card Section
Job Summary:
- Manages the section’s personnel focusing on the support and maintenance of application services in production
- Manages the development and implementation of enhancements to existing application functionalities
- He initiates and fosters effective liaisons with other ITG sections and departments
Role Exposure:
- Be trained in developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures on application support services
- Enhance your problem solving skills in terms of ensuring that all support or service requests are dealt with according to the agreed procedures
- Improve your stakeholder management skills by dealing and negotiating with stakeholders and external parties on application support related matters
Qualifications:
- With at least 8 years experience in application support using Microsoft C# experience and Microsoft SQL Server
- With at least 5 years experience in leading team
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in batch support and PC applications(VB.net)
