Position Title: Incident Manager

 

Job Summary:

  • Serves as the point of contact for all incidents of unplanned downtime/disruption of critical systems/applications of the bank
  • Collaborates with all the support unit’s representatives on resolving incidents affecting critical systems/applications the soonest possible time

 

Role Exposure:

  • Exposure in end-to-end application management and support
  • Learn in-depth technical monitoring and support capabilities
  • Have an opportunity for operations management and lead support roles

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills for relaying technical information to others
  • Remediation assessment and change management experience
  • Has production support mind set
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management software
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills
