Job Summary:

 

The jobholder will drive retail customer portfolio growth in enriching and deepening the relationship with the Bank’s customer base. The role is responsible for the 1) creation of portfolio management frameworks that will determine the right product for critical, high-potential / high-value customer segments; 2) development and implementation of portfolio management programs that cuts across the Bank’s personal credit products; and, 3) proactive monitoring of business KPIs such as billings, cross-sell rate, net customer value, NPAT, ANR and delinquency rates, in relation to the portfolio management activities.

 

Qualifications :

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a college/university and preferably a graduate of a business course.
  • Has at least 5 years solid experience in Marketing and/or Sales and/or Product / Portfolio Management, in an officer/managerial level
  • Has broad understanding of the different areas of the credit card business and the capacity to relate unit’s operations and performance metrics to the overall business of the company.
  • Possess strong inter-personal skills
  • Has strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
