Position Title: Reports Analyst (PCOBG)

Job Summary:

• Provides assistance to the department in carrying out its task in monitoring the remittance and financial performance of IOSG; budget preparation/consolidation, remittance and financial report preparation; processing of request for approval of expenses of foreign offices; maintenance of database; monitoring of expenses/submission of internal reports; and summarizes changes made on the audit engagement contracts of foreign offices.

Role Exposure:

• Monitors submission of remittance report of foreign offices.

• Reconciles reports on processed remittance transactions submitted by foreign offices against records of the Remittance Processing Department.

• Maintains and updates database of remittance transactions of foreign offices.

• Prepares budget of Performance Monitoring Department and Office of the Group Head.

• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably accounting major (better if with previous experience)

• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and power point presentation

• With excellent analytical and presentation skills

• Accuracy on figures
