Position Title: Head, Countryside Consumer Lending Business Center- Cebu
Job Summary:
- Plans, directs, and implements marketing strategies for auto and housing loans within the area of coverage of the business center. Promotes efficient and effective business center consumer loans operations.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Solicits auto/home loans in accordance with the specific target and set by management by implementing strategies in consumer lending business center operations.
- Formulates and implements business development strategies in close coordination with the branches, car dealers and real estate developers/dealers/brokers for the business center to attain profitability/volume targets.
- Monitors credit accommodations and maintains quality loan portfolio by reducing past due accounts. Ensures appropriate documentation of all loans of the CLBC.
- Continuously assesses and provide feedback to Head Office regarding market performance, competitiveness, latest development, and suggestions.
- Ensures the effective operations of the business center in consonance with bank policies, Banglo Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other regulatory bodies’ regulations and customers’ expectations.
- Coordinates with other bank’s units for the business center’s daily operation and ensures prompt delivery of transaction media/ documents to branches, auto dealers, real estate developers/dealers/ brokers, clients, and other units concerned.
- Pro-actively participates in the cross-selling of the bank’s subsidiaries/affiliate companies’ products and services.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for expertise in consumer loans.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing home loans and car loans.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in people management
