Position Title:  Product Implementation Officer

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for facilitating KYC processes during ATM Card / PIN Mailer releasing activities.  Handles coordination between client-company, branches, IBS and OPG-SSD in relation to bulk payroll account opening.   

Role Exposure:

• Approves Client Assessment Forms (CAF) of accounts which KYC was performed by the Department.  Ensures that ATM Cards / PIN Mailers / Reports and Forms are transmitted efficiently and in timely to the appropriate recipient.
• Responsible in ensuring smooth implementation of account opening processes agreed with key payroll clients.  Performs KYC activities for payroll accounts.
• Performs administrative activities related to deployment of manpower, transportation and cost allocation.
