Position Title: Consumables & Non-Accountables Assistant


Job Summary:

 

  • Assists in the facilitation and control of the issuance and delivery of stationery, supplies, bank forms and other related logistical requirements of the bank

Role Exposure:

  • Processes requisitions lodged by requesting units through the requesting tool
  • Receives, examines and physically secures deliveries from vendors
  • Prepares issuances through the system and ensures timely delivery of requested stationery, supplies and bank forms to the requesting units
  • Assists in monitoring stock levels of stationery, supplies and bank forms and recommends reorders/purchase requests through the system whenever necessary
  • Maintains and updates inventory (i.e., issuances, delivery, disposal, etc.) on stationeries, supplies and bank forms
  • Conducts periodic physical inventory of stationery, supplies and bank forms on hand/stored at the stock room.
  • Assists in proper disposal of obsolete items
  • Collates and validates billing statements and delivery receipts including availed freight and forwarding services
  • Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Operations Management (Logistics) or equivalent
  • With good communication skills
  • With good exposure to MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint preferred)
  • Familiarity in PowerBI is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
