Position Title: Account Services Officer
Role Opportunities:
- Learn how to streamline different processes, improve ideas, and identify knowledge gaps
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Bank’s Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MLPP)
- Know how to coach and mentor team members and provide one on one feedback session as needed
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the timely, efficient and quality delivery of all transactions associated within the CPD-Account Services Department processes and activities meeting service level agreement standards.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of branch experience handling branch processes and centralization
- Must have experience in branch process improvements implementation
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
- Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills
