Position Title: Branch Resource and Optimization Officer

 

 

Job Summary:

  • Assists the Department Head in executing action plans and improvements related to branch process reviews.
  • Supports management and stakeholders in making sound business decisions by identifying root causes of probable branch problems using scientific and business methodologies leading to improvement of service delivery standards and maximization of branch resources.

  

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify the pain point of the branch by gathering and analyzing data and translate to branches' needs.
  • Assess branch performances (e.g., issues affecting Project Go Home Early, CIV breaches, etc.) that can drive workflow improvements, cost savings, and optimization of branch resources.
  • Produce information confirming branch findings (e.g., facilitation of approvals on request for increase in CIV limits, account search, process and policy update recommendations, etc.) that can be utilized for compliance, improvements, optimization and standardization.
  • Engage in supporting branch process improvement projects.
  • Demonstrate important behaviors such as professionalism, teamwork, integrity, passion for results, and heart for community.
  • Perform other related and relevant functions that may be assigned from time to time.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Looking for internal candidates from the branch (i.e.: handling a position of Branch Operation Officer)
  • Must have at least (3) three years’ experience in the branch
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be passionate and self-driven
