Position Title: Branch Technology Architect

Role Opportunities: 

  • Have a deep understanding of the day-to-day branch processes to deliver business process improvements and simplification efforts
  • Assists in identifying areas of improvements in branch operations to streamline and simplify processes and systems, improve the customer experience, reduce issues and drive performance metrics that demonstrate cost save opportunities, efficiency and enhanced productivity
  • Assists in the development of execution roadmaps in partnership with internal and external partners to drive simplification of branch processes and improvement of customer experience and branch productivity
  • Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities and ability to understand adherence to regulatory requirements

Job Summary:

Drives opportunities to simplify branch banking processes by leading analysis of current processes, systems and tools and identifying solutions that will result to streamlined and efficient processes


  • 7+ years of experience and proven track record in supporting transformation and change within the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory environment; strong business acumen Demonstrated track record of collaboration across multiple, disparate internal business groups
  • Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to drive change and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated history of attention to detail and process orientation
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology Certification is a plus
