Position Title: Business Performance Management Officer

 

 

Job Summary:

  • Assist the Department Head in defining and setting financial targets for all business units of the Retail Banking Sector

  • Help in studying, developing scenarios and proposing changes in the scorecards. Also, help in establishing standards and building channel utilization and profitability reports

  • Ensure the timeliness, integrity, completeness and security of the department’s database that are being used in generating reports

  • Assist the department head in analyzing the performance of branches/areas/regions and sales team

 

 

Role Opportunities: 

  • Learn how to prepare micro level budgets and capital expenditures budget for BBS Units

  • Develop your collaboration skills through coordination with various departments and units

  • Improve your analytical skills by providing insights and recommending business solutions

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least two years of related experience in the banking industry

  • Experience in using data visualization tools such as, but not limited to, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills

  • Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills
