Position Title: Business Risk Manager
Job Summary:
- Direct the implementation of the risk management framework within his/her business unit; communicate its benefits and business value by promoting and spearheading the use of the various risk management tools.
- Conduct quality risk assessments and perform deep dive analysis to identify process and control gaps including root causes of risks.
- Regularly review identified key risks, internal controls and operational risk mitigation strategies and processes within the business unit to effectively manage operational risks within approved risk tolerance, and consistent with enterprise – wide policies and procedures established.
Role Exposure:
- Learning the various key processes within the branch.
- Completion of key deliverables such as Risk Mapping, RCSA/PRSA, RIR, BRF, etc.
- Develop and deliver value-add risk initiatives/projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Statistics or any related field
- Extensive branch knowledge
- Advanced understanding of the bank’s risk management framework
- Root cause analysis
- Advanced MS Office skills especially use of Excel
