Bancassurance Business Support Officer

JOB SUMMARY :
 

Responsible for supporting the Bancassurance Program Managers through coordination with the Bank’s business units and its insurance partner on meeting schedules, as well as documentation and completion/approval of cross-selling activities, initiatives, programs, projects and promotions.   Facilitate review and approval of all branch visitation requests of the Bank’s insurance partner.   Responsible for the monitoring of customer complaints, from filing to resolution, and maintaining a master file thereof.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Provides assistance to Bancassurance Data Analyst in preparation of Bancassurance Channel reports.
  • Facilitates approval of branch visitation requests from insurance partner, and maintaining a master file thereof.
  • Establishes a master file of all customer complaints forwarded by the insurance partner and monitors status up to resolution/closure of the case/s.
  • Provides support to the Bancassurance Program Managers through coordination with the Bank’s business units and its insurance partner on meeting schedules, as well as documentation and completion/approval of cross-selling activities, initiatives, programs, projects and promotions.
  • Compiles all approval documentations of the Department for all its projects, initiatives, programs, promos, etc.
  • Acts as administrative officer for the department with regard to supplies/FFE requisitions.
  • Works closely with the Bancassurance Regulatory, Risk and Operations Officer to ensure that the Department’s projects, activities and operations are fully documented and completed within prescribed timelines.
