Position Title:  Business Support and Services Manager

 

Job Summary:  

The role is responsible for supporting strategic plans based on growing revenue, market share and productivity.  The role shall also focus on portfolio growth in a competitive environment whilst not compromising the retention of the existing customer base or service level agreements, and is likewise required to maintain relationships with various departments within MCC, Metrobank, and third party service providers, involving being conversant with all merchant procedures, products, and systems.

 

Role Exposure:

  • Level up your people management skills as you lead a team of customer-focused Collections Associates.
  • Build and sustain your relationships and networks with different internal business units and external partners.

 

Qualifications:

  • Has a background in business analysis with some project management experience
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
