Position Title: AFC Systems Manager
Job Summary

The position is responsible in assisting the AFC Systems and Quality Control Head and assigned BT Project Manager in assuring that projects specific to or involving AFC are well managed, requirements are well scoped, testing are efficiently performed and that implementations are seamless with regard to the business operations of AFC.
The position is also responsible in ensuring that incidents related to the AFC systems are escalated in a timely manner, documented and resolved accordingly.
The position assists the AFC System and Quality Control Head in constant coordination with the AFC business units in identifying processes and risk involving any projects impacting the department.
The jobholder is also expected to provide whatever assistance may be needed for the entire Systems and Quality Control team of AFC.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management
AFC Initiated Projects
• Leads the AFC Digital Council in identifying opportunities for process digitization.
• Monitors and assists AFC Business Units in the completion of the requirements for identified projects (CP/BRD/RAQ)
• Manages the following in ensuring projects are successfully implemented (in coordination with BT Project Managers and Business Analysts):
- User Acceptance Testing for any new project/initiatives/enhancement affecting the AFC systems
- Critical incidents that might affect scope, timing and cost of the project
- Stakeholders’ Process Change Management to ensure that business processes are aligned with the projects to be implemented
- Regular meetings with Stakeholders in every phase of the project
- Post Implementation Testing and monitoring
- Documentations
• Conduct necessary trainings or cascade to stakeholders to present result of the projects and its impact to the AFC business units
Non-AFC Initiated Projects
• Represents AFC in the enterprise wide projects
• Coordinates with AFC Business Units in ensuring that AFC requirements are considered and documented.
• Manages the following in ensuring projects are successfully implemented (in coordination with BT Project Managers, Business Analysts and Project Owners):
- User Acceptance Testing for any new project/initiatives/enhancement affecting the AFC systems
- Critical incidents that might affect scope, timing and cost of the project
- AFC Process Change Management to ensure that business processes are aligned with the projects to be implemented
- Meetings with AFC in every phase of the project as needed
- Post Implementation Testing and monitoring
- Documentations
• Conduct necessary trainings or cascade to AFC to present result of the projects and its impact to the AFC business units
Systems Quality Management
• Maintains inventory of all AFC systems and of all its critical parameters
• Conducts regular system entitlement review for all AFC
• Coordinates with BORC for the security Matrix updating
• Manages Parameter maintenances of all AFC system or those initiated by AFC, including impact analysis and testing.
• Manages documentation, analysis, tracking, escalation and ensuring resolution of any system incidents affecting AFC
• Conducts systems related trainings for personnel (new and existing) to ensure alignment of skills and knowledge
• Prepares monthly systems report for Unit head, Department Head and Division head
• Ensures involvement in any AFC systems related activities
• Manages AFC participation in the Quarterly Schemes Compliance Review and Testing
• Creates venue for cascades of any new projects or enhancements affecting AFC
• Creates and updates team’s Procedure Manuals on a regular basis or when deemed necessary.

People Management and Development
• Conducts regular coaching / mentoring.
• Conducts semi-annual or annual Performance Appraisal that is objective and measurable.
• Identifies training needs of direct report/s
• Identifies and manages developmental needs of direct report/s
• Creates a team that is motivated and has high employee satisfaction.
Others
• Acts as back-up to the AFC SQC Manager
- Process Quality Management
- Handling of complaints and commendations
- Management of QC associates
• Identifies and proposes process improvement initiatives for AFC
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the AFC System & Quality Control head from time to time
• Perform other tasks, responsibilities, projects which may be assigned from time to time (e.g BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, Corp. Correspondent, Line trainer, e-Champ, etc.)
• Assists the AFC SQC head in the periodic review of the AFC QC framework.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the AFC Systems and Quality Control head
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course in college
- At Least 3 year experience in project management, user acceptance testing and systems related work OR At least 3 years working experience in Authorizations, Fraud or Chargeback or Credit card business in general
- At least 2 year people management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Authorizations, Fraud, and Chargeback SystemsKnowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
