Position Title:  Campaign Analytics Manager

Job Summary: The job holder will conduct portfolio studies for better segmentation, profiling and targeting of customers. Provides various statistical models to optimize campaign targeting and execution and provides support to Analytics Head in managing and implementing campaigns to the Portfolio. They work with Program Managers in strategizing and executing campaigns for the Portfolio to increase volume/sales.

 

Role Exposure:

  • Primary function is to perform studies/tests through statistical modeling that will identify and understand customer segments (through unique patterns/behaviors) and determine offers by focusing on the needs of these customers.
  • Conducts studies on the portfolio to help come up with targeted campaigns/promo to increase profitability of segments.
  • Handles ad hoc requests for any campaign-/promo-related MIS/reports and analysis
  • Performs studies/tests that will identify and understand customer segments (through unique patterns/behaviors) and determine offers by focusing on the needs of these customers
  • Conducts studies on the portfolio to come up with trigger campaigns that will capture customers at risk in a timely manner
  • Undertakes post-campaign evaluation, looking into standard indicators to measure success and to determine opportunity-areas
  • Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business, statistical or mathematical course.
  • Has at least 3 years of work related experience in a financial institution preferably from a credit card company.
  • Strong working knowledge of the following programming and database facility software: SAS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical capabilities; experience in conducting studies in portfolio using statistical modeling tools is an advantage
