Position Title: CBS - CS Specialist (Correspondence)

 

Job Summary: A CS Specialist is responsible in responding and attending to correspondences or requests of cardholders sent via e-mail, chat, social media posts, and other internal applications. They are also responsible in fulfilling, processing, or resolving requests while providing feedback in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college/university

  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Candidates should be willing to work on shifting schedule and should be amenable to work on site 100%
