Position Title: CBS Customer Service Representative (BAU)

Job Summary:

  • The position is responsible for providing quality service to Cardholders, Metrobank and PS Bank branches, by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of card sales, service inquiries, requests, complaints and other concerns made via call, email and other correspondences.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a College/University
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Target-driven and Customer-oriented
