Position Title: Digital Media Strategist
JOB SUMMARY
- Main point person between external stakeholders of creative/media agencies and internal clients such as Product Managers and Portfolio/Program Managers of Metrobank Credit Cards.
- Knowledgeable in Digital Performance Marketing and leads agencies to help provide solution in expanding media buys to reach target KPIs
- Experienced in deploying performance campaigns for growth acquisition and comfortable in analyzing total market funnel and data spreadsheets to come up with campaign insights.
- Familiar with best practices of deploying performance campaigns on Meta and Google.
- Responsible in creating and proposing digital channel strategy based on the target KPIs.
- Comfortable in handling multiple digital media campaigns and multiple sets of clients.
- Leads kick-off meetings, familiar in writing briefs, and monitors creative/media agencies’ performance against KPIs and targets thru mid/post-mortem reports.
- Ensures that set critical deadlines are met by client as well as internal resources.
- Understands Metrobank’s business and marketing objective to efficiently drive acquisition at a lowest possible cost.
- Reviews media strategies, presentations, budget proposal, materials, and reports of creative/media agencies.
- Manages internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in SEO is a plus - Familiar with basic SEO strategies and best practices.
- Comfortable in optimizing SEO keywords for higher ranking based on the monthly data, familiar in SEO-specific tools and has experience in deployment of SEO projects with quantifiable results (e.g. increase in organic targets).
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in the prevailing digital landscape
- Experienced in managing accounts and projects
- Can communicate clearly business objectives and challenges
- Proactively communicates regularly to concerned stakeholders for status/campaign updates
- Good organization skills
- Experience in digital app campaigns is a plus
- Good understanding of both digital and traditional media
- At least 3+ years of experience in similar role
- Experience in creatives, media agency, or other fast-paced industries such as telco/FMCG/ECOMM is a plus.
- Familiar in back end setup of Meta/Google to clearly explain technical recommendations both in writing and orally.
- Able to work independently with little supervision and demonstrates ownership of campaigns to provide correct recommendations and insights.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
