Position Title: Sales Support MI Officer

 

Job summary: The position will oversee the support functions and other back end functions of the Sales team including assignment of company and agent codes. The position will handle all call out efforts required by different Sales units in coordination with Telesales.  The job holder will spearhead all recon programs and monitor turn ins for all of Sales

The job holder will serve as liaison officer for Sales MI to all MCC departments as well as to other units within the team. 

Additionally, the job holder will spearhead all special projects assigned to the unit such as, but not limited to the following: MGM program, Project Recon, Call Me MB

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • In charge of handling the recon program for all of sales.  Function includes performance monitoring and identifying key strategies to ensure that applications previously declined are re-processed.

  • In charge of handling all call out related functions required by Sales (such as but not limited to: Call Me MB, Appointment call out, Database call out, etc).  In line with this is the coordination with Telesales for the required logistics and resources.  Job holder may be assigned a call out team as needed.  May conduct the necessary coaching and training as the need arises.

  • Develops the necessary reports as required by his/her function and as required by the Sales MI Manager or Division Head

  • Monitoring all declined reasons for all Sales applications

  • Monitoring all turn-ins coming from all selling units and ensure 100% of all applications are submitted to Credit Acquisition for processing

  • Assignment of company and agent codes as well as management of codes databases

  • Automates and streamline processes needed to make manual and administrative function more efficient

  • Responsible to update all Sales employees of all the necessary information such as promos, updates, processes coming from the Sales division and other units. Prepares the necessary communication materials for updates and other relevant information on sales programs

  • Liaison officer of Sales MI to all units within MCC

  • Monitors and ensures that all Sales related cost /expense incurred are within the allocated budget for the year

  • Ensures ample supply of application forms and office supplies for all Sales Units by weekly inventory monitoring

  • Performs projects or tasks that may be assigned from time to time (eg. BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, Corp. Correspondents, Line trainer, e-Champ) or as assigned by the immediate superior and/or division head

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course

  • With 1 to 2 years experience in sales and/or administrative work

  • Report generation, external communication with various units of the organization is an advantage but is not required

  • With 1 to 2 years experience in drafting and preparing communication materials

  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
