CBS - SALES VERIFICATION ASSOCIATE
JOB SUMMARY
The jobholder is primarily responsible in supporting the Sales Division in terms of complaint logging and handling. They are also assigned to coordinate with various departments to address requests and inquiry related to sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the sales operations in terms of complaint resolution across all campaigns for telesales, branch, direct and corporate sales.
- Ensure that all complaints are deliberated with proper call chronology and call analysis based on call validation.
- Prepare accounts for endorsement for various requests such as reversal, cancellation, transfer of insurance, and delivery of certificate.
- Close monitoring of Customer Interactive Maintenance System (CIMS) and all other channels such as email are completed within the required turnaround time.
