Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire Chargeback Unit, both the issuing and acquiring business. The officer will be responsible for ensuring that all cardholders’ complaints on questionable, unrecognized and unauthorized transactions are properly investigated, resolved efficiently and processed accurately based on the scheme guidelines. The officer will likewise be responsible for ensuring accurate processing and resolution of all incoming chargebacks that may require coordination with the cardholders, merchants, issuing and acquiring banks and the schemes.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a college or university
  • Has at least four years of work related experience in chargeback or dispute resolution
  • Has at least 3 years people management experience, preferably in Credit set-up.
  • Ability to communicate and work in group setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication 
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Has in depth knowledge of the chargeback process and different segments of the credit card business 
  • Adaptable to change and strong organizational and time management skills
