Position Title: Core Faculty
Job Summary:
- The Core Faculty for the Branch Banking Sector (BBS) plays a key role in the delivery, coordination, and performance monitoring of learning and development programs that build frontline capability across the bank’s branch network.
- Reporting to the Core Faculty Lead, this role focuses on the facilitation of foundational and functional learning modules, as well as the coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and relevant stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
- The Core Faculty also works closely with the Core Faculty Lead and HR Business Partners to help identify learning needs and support program design, while also playing a key role in monitoring trainee performance and contributing to program evaluation and continuous improvement
Role Exposure:
- Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions for branch banking employees, focusing on foundational and functional skills
- Coordinate with SMEs and business leaders tapped to co-facilitate technical or specialized modules
- Work with the Core Faculty Lead and HRBPs to support learning needs analysis and ensure program content remains aligned with evolving business priorities
- Monitor and track trainee performance and engagement, and escalate learning gaps or performance risks to appropriate stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Strategic Learning Support Team in conducting program evaluations, gathering feedback, and identifying improvement areas
- Support logistics coordination, session preparation, and documentation to ensure smooth delivery
- Participate in content review and enhancement in collaboration with Learning Portfolio Managers and other L&D partners
- Promote a learner-centered environment that fosters application of learning on the job
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral or any related courses.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in employee health/wellness and/or safety role, preferably within a corporate office environment.
- Strong communication, training facilitation and design.
- Strong program management skills.
