Position Title: Campaign Operations Officer

Role Opportunities: 

  • Deliver end-to-end campaign management support (Design, Configure, Test, and Launch) that will help drive customer engagement and profitability of the Consumer Business Sector’s Portfolio
  • Apply specialized technical skills to manage and maintain the campaign management platform which will ensure that campaigns are launched in an effective and timely manner
  • Execute multiple cross channel flows for each stage of the customer lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, win back) in the campaign management platform

Job Summary:

  • Designs, creates, tests and executes campaign journeys within the campaign management platform or any available tools while ensuring that the customer contact policy and campaign hierarchy are met
  • Ensures that campaigns are running as per design and delivered in a timely manner
  • Works with the campaign management team on the availability and accuracy of data in the campaign management platform which are required to implement various Marketing initiatives
  • Coordinates with Program Managers in ensuring that campaign requirements are aligned in meeting the business objectives
  • Sets up audiences and respective campaigns across channels while interacting with all involved teams — from the business and product groups, content creation and design teams
  • Provides analysis on different metrics of the campaigns and gives recommendation on how to improve or increase campaign engagements and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business, statistical or mathematical course.
  • Has at least 3 years of work related experience in a financial institution preferably from a credit card company
  • Demonstrates ability to plan and can handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining standards of quality
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the following programming and database facility software: SAS or any programming software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with campaign management platforms preferred.
  • Proficient in campaign related analytics; client profiling, segmentation strategy, lifecycle management, portfolio action, etc.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities; experience in conducting studies in portfolio using statistical modeling tools is an advantage
