Position Title:  Capability Building Leader

 

Job Description:

 

  • Provides support to branch leaders and localized subject matter experts in the execution and roll out of sales and operations processes. The CBL will also support the identification of process improvements and learning intervention for those new in the role.
  • Supports in meeting the department’s targets through preparation and coordination of capability building requirements of branch banking Personnel with HR BBS People Management Department with partner units.

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Creates and conceptualizes the content of materials for trainings, developmental programs and other related activities based on the Identified technical or soft skills developmental needs or learning gaps for National Branch Banking Sector
  • Will be the main point of contact in the implementation or roll out of forums and field trainings and other related activities
  • Serve as trainers, moderators and facilitators for Branch Banking Sector training
  • Device Assessment, Evaluation, or Skill Metrics to objectively measure the competencies development and engagement of trainees
  • Serves as conduit between the branches, its partners, and National Branch Banking Sector management team by providing timely and relevant feedback.
  • Closely works with Learning and Development Division (Metrobank Academy) for the run of the developmental programs once launched.
  • Performs other related function that may be assigned from time to time.
