Position Title: Change Management and Implementation Officer 

 

The Change Management and Implementation Officer provides key inputs for the implementation of new processes and tools impacting branch banking, drives partnership with other business units in managing changes, and assists in ensuring the conduct of transactions are consistent with the regulations and prescribed policies of the bank 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and Execute Change Management Plans: Create comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities, to support the successful implementation of changes. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and proactively manage their expectations throughout the change process. 

  • Communication and Training: Develop and deliver clear and concise communication materials, training programs, and workshops to ensure users understand and embrace changes. 

  • Impact Assessment and Risk Management: Facilitate impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 

  • Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects, ensuring adherence to defined timelines. 

  • Data Analysis & Process Review: Conduct data analysis and process reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements that can enhance operational efficiency and user experience. 

  • UAT Support: Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated experience in change management or project implementation. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Familiarity with technology implementation and UAT.
