Position Title: Channel Manager

 

 

Job Summary:

The Channel Manager has responsibility has responsibility for driving business results from the specific channel assigned to him or her, which includes, but not limited to, ATM and CAM.  He/she develops strategies that will result to improved profitability and lower cost-to-serve, better customer experience and higher customer acquisition and retention; and manages operational and fraud losses associated with the use of the channel.  He/she coordinates with other segment leads and business units to address the self-service channel requirements of their own segments.  Finally, he/she contributes to defining strategic directions for his/her assigned channel and ensure that the channel meet regulatory, industry and internal standards for compliance and security.

 

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Meets or exceeds business results for the assigned channels which include, but are not limited to usage volumes, fee generation, profitability, lower cost to serve, and OTC transaction migration (where applicable)
  • Process and review PADCOM documents or materials  and ATM Agreement to fulfill request for ATM onlining and installation.
  • Responsible for the thorough processing and review of contract renewals and terminations for existing clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing and monitoring ATM lease payments and security deposits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and agreements.
  • Process and endorse CCAM Daily retrieval report of cash turnover and monthly billing.
  • Process and endorse SOA for check collection and deposits for shortfall ADBs of clients and Summary of Unreconciled Items(SUI) for other related ATM billing.
  • Facilitates preparation and submission of ATM/CAM scorecards, performance, dashboard ALCO, BSP, ATM Attribution and other related reports.
  • Plans and budgets for acquisitions and deployments of ATM/CAM terminals in coordination with other units of the bank
  • Identifies, evaluates, proposes, and monitors performance of ATM/CAM terminals to maximize customer usage, fee generation, and perceptual scale  in collaboration with other units of the bank
  • Initiates instruction for ATM/CAM/CCAM movement such as but not limited to (delivery, pullout, relocation & swapping) of machines to other unit of the bank.
  • Responsible for facilitating the coordination and management of ATM/CAM/CCAM reassessment processes to ensure comprehensive physical security updates are implemented whenever deemed necessary
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
