Position Title: Chargeback Analyst

 

Job Summary:  

The position is responsible for ensuring that all tasks related to on-us disputes and incoming chargeback cases are accurately handled. The jobholder is also responsible for the handling of proper communication with cardholders and merchants through the EMS (Email Management System), collating of chargeback documents, maintenance of various database and accurate and efficient handling of ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by Chargeback Unit Management.

 

Role Exposure:

  • Level up your  customer service skills as you make customers and their needs a primary focus.
  • Build and sustain your relationships and networks with different internal business units and external partners.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • With experience in dealing with external and internal clients
  • With experience in chargeback/dispute handling
  • With satisfactory level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
