Position Title: UI/UX Officer


Job Summary: 

The UI/UX Officer shall be responsible for evaluating product and technical requirements and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups or prototypes. The UI/UX officer is also be expected to suggest improvements to current bank systems/processes in order to ensure great a user-experience.


Role Exposure: 


  • Conceptualize and establish user-centric customer journeys by analyzing user behavior through user research, focus group discussions, interviews, etc.
  • Ensure the consistency of user or customer experience across the different channels or customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with other departments, product owners and stakeholders to ensure that output is aligned with the project requirements and provided within expected timeframe



  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics/Computer/Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems
  • At least 3 to 5 years in User Interface Design, Front-end Development
  • Certification in user experience and design is a plus
