Position Title: Content Officer - Editorial

Job Summary:

Responsible for the ideation and execution of fresh, engaging written content for campaigns and other marketing communication materials

  • For Digital, Social, Print, Out of Home, and Point of Sale
  • Includes but not limited to social media posts, videos, website articles, e-direct marketing messages, flyers, speeches, templates, and ATMs/CAMs
  • Aligned with bank’s communication briefs and objectives
  • Using insights on customer engagement with the brand and its products
  • Audit and analysis of competitor content style and ideas
  • Project management of jobs assigned to him/her

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops ideas, writes and adapts content for integrated marketing campaigns, which includes social, online partners, CRM, and owned-media channels including the brand website, microsites, and ATMs/CAMs.
  • Collaborates with a content officer–design and content officer–planning to develop campaigns that persuasively communicate the desired message and image to the target audience.
  • Articulates concepts and editorial/content strategy so other ABCMTG divisions and bank business units understand how these effectively support overall business strategy and communication objectives.
  • Consistently implements editorial policy and effective flow of content for the user across all digital and owned-media channels.
  • Complies with mandatory guidelines and policies on copyright, privacy, promotion, and social media.
  • Keeps up to date with industry best practices and mines insights from content activities of competitor brands and similar leading industries.
  • Manages own projects effectively to deliver on agreed deadlines.
  • Should be able to deliver other requirements of the team that will be assigned from time to time.
