Position Title: Credit Verification Specialist
Job Summary:
- Delivering credit verification requirements of card, personal loan, home loan, or auto loan applications through voice and non-voice actions (telephone call-outs, email, fax or SMS).
- Inspect/validate/assess the result of the previous credit processes such as Prescreening, Encoding and File-matching.
- Responsible to arrive at a decision based on the current policies and guidelines, and acquire mastery of the verification guidelines and active acquisition and test programs.
Role Expectation:
- Broaden your knowledge on the Credit Acquisition end to end process
- Harness your time management skills and attention to details in handling multiple tasks or projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
- With at least 1 year experience in the consumer loans business, particularly on credit initiation
- Experience in credit verification is an advantage
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
