Position Title: Digital Marketing Officer – Strategy and Performance Marketing

Job Summary:

 

Engages with Business Unit Heads as their partner and consultant in delivering People and Organizational agenda to ensure that they are able to efficiently deliver Business Goals and Priorities, being fully aligned with the Institution’s overall HR Strategy.

The Digital Marketing Officer – Strategy and Performance Marketing helps oversee digital campaign strategy development, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns with digital paid media or advertising components.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with the media agency to identify campaign objectives and KPIs for all digital campaigns.
  • Reviews the performance of all search ads, social ads and display ads and other digital campaigns to ensure all revenue and costs per deliverable (e.g. click, impression, lead, etc.) are within industry benchmarks and/or achieves ROI.
  • Analyzes digital media campaigns, identify trends, and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment for the bank.
  • Manages the use of digital media to support the company’s overall advertising requirements according to the marketing strategy.
  • Manages significant digital marketing projects ensuring that they are delivered within budget and scope.
  • Coordinate closely with the digital analytics officer and digital marketing officer for social media to paint an accurate picture of the brand’s overall performance on paid, owned and earned digital media.
  • Should be able to deliver other requirements of the team that will be assigned from time to time.
