Digital Program Officer, Digital and Business Transformation
JOB SUMMARY :
The Digital Program Officer is responsible for successfully planning, overseeing, and implementing the digital programs in a timely fashion starting from conceptualization, business casing, UAT requirements and pre-operations preparation in alignment with the team’s strategy and roadmap.
Development Role
- Work with the various business units and cross-functional groups in implementing the group’s strategies and initiatives.
- Manage and monitor deployments of all enhancements, change requests, and new developments
- Lead business case preparation for each initiative
- Manage and coordinate with various business units of their requirements, inquiries, issues/concerns and feedback regarding the performance of the digital program
- Manage Policies and Procedure (P&P), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the program
- Define the roadmap for change, outlining the methods to achieve it, and establishing criteria for measuring success
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for implementing technology, accompanied by a robust response and communication system within the company to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to achieve the desired outcomes for the organization.
- Gather insights and perform competitive scan of relevant solutions/services available in the market.
Compliance and Operations Role
- Prepare compliance-related items like documentation for BSP, audit, etc.
- Support in resolving audit related findings by Control units
- Prepare documentation for maintenance requirements – ex. System parameter changes
- Serve as support to the Program Lead and work with the team to ensure day-to-day tasks are progressing and accomplished.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Information Technology course
- Understands consumer behavior & experience
- Preferably with Program / Channel Development background.
- Familiarity with Banking / Financial related products is a plus
- Must possess project management skills
- Team player and must able to multitask to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications and other relevant tools and software
- Understands technical languages, program delivery process, and mapping out business requirements
- Hands-on with a can-do attitude, results driven and problem-solver
- Self-starter and resilient with ability to work independently with multiple teams
- Ability to learn fast, self-learn and get in the details of a technical topic
- Good stakeholders’ management at all levels with ability to build consensus
