Position Title: Data Processing Associate

 

 

Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented processor with strong tellering experience to join the EOD Processing Team. The successful candidate will support EOD operations and will eventually handle various CPD processes under a shifting schedule.

 

This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced operational environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Daily Operations

  • Handle various CPD processing with accuracy and adherence to set cut‑offs.
  • Ensure the completeness and correctness of transactions prior to processing.
  • Perform validation and reconciliation activities based on established policies and controls.
  • Coordinate with branches and support teams for transaction clarifications and issue resolution.
  • Handle documentation requirements and maintain updated process logs.

 

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
  • Escalate issues promptly to mitigate and resolve risks appropriately.
  • Support compliance‑related requirements and provide required information accurately.

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in initiatives to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide feedback on system or workflow gaps encountered during operations.

 

 

Role Exposure:

  • Contribute to the building of an end-to-end central data processing division.
  • Learn from business professionals, and banking domain leaders who will train, guide and prepare you to become a leader/expert in data processing.
  • With a deeper understanding of data quality and business cases, this role can also open up to career growth to different roles within the department/division.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related course. The role is open for FRESH GRADUATES and CAREER SHIFTERS!
  • If with relevant experience, at least 1 or more years of Teller/Customer Service experience within the banking industry; preferably New Accounts (NAC) experienced tellers or telegraphic transfer experienced tellers or KYC documents processing experienced tellers.
  • High attention to details and flexibility in work demands is a must.
  • Willing to learn, amenable to extend OTs if needed.
