Position Title: Data Processing Officer

Job Opportunities:

• Takes on branch/ business unit request. Performs initial evaluation and analysis and executes the standard operating process as prescribed in the existing policies and procedures.
• Have foresight on risk and proactively communicate any issues that may require further controls and appropriate actions
• Establishes and nurtures relationship with clients, key partners and stakeholders that may aid in the quality of work and overall success of tasks assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely, effecient and quality delivery of all transactions associated within the Centralized Processing Division processes and activities meeting service levell agreement standards
• Thorough review of KYC documents of Corporate Branch Banking Sector Customer
• Stricly adhere to established Bank regulatory regulatory requirements and BSP regulation
• Practice due diligence and accuracy at source, from process initiation until completion of documents review 

Qualifications:

• Related branch operations officer, customer service experience is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this role entails coordination and communication with different teams
• High attention to details in receiving, checking, validating documents submitted
• Team player, willing to learn, can work under pressure.
