Position Title: Digital Marketing Officer – Strategy and Performance Marketing

 

Job Summary Digital Marketing Officer – Strategy and Performance Marketing will oversee and enhance digital advertising campaigns across different online platforms. He or she will work alongside internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and strategies and will be closely involved in helping better understand the Bank’s customer and utilize this knowledge to guide the division’s strategic initiatives and digital marketing programs.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the other departments of DMO and divisions of ABCMTG in campaign planning, set and analyze key metrics, and help identify opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and click-through rate (CTR).
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly and provide insights and recommendations for improvement through monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to brief new campaigns, turnover approved assets and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and other relevant metrics for management review.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within digital advertising channels.
  • Stay informed about changes in digital advertising policies and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines
