Job Summary
Assists the Systems Support, Quality Assurance and Reports Section Head in data gathering and coordination with various units for activities of the department such as project testing, preparation of reports, presentation materials, project documentations etc.
He/She also assists the Systems Support, Quality Assurance and Reports Section Head in designing, and developing of tools and assists in the managing of the entire process improvement and automation initiative. Responsible to facilitating parameters and other systems request.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists in Conducting studies and analysis of the unit’s processes to provide proper assessment of process improvement initiatives.
- Assists in the development of in-house improvement initiatives, macro-based tools and contributes to automation/continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls and streamline the current processes.
- Conducts User Acceptance Testing for projects or initiatives, prepares the necessary testing documentations and provides status updates to the Systems Support, Quality Assurance and Reports Section Head
- Executes test scripts to validate the application under test meets the functional requirements/business requirements
- Maintain error log reports and monitor resolution of reported issues.
- Reviews project status and endorses sign-offs
- Prepares and submit UAT status/progress summary for monitoring and internal reporting purposes.
- Acts as maker in the maintenance of business parameter of e-Channels and EBD standalone applications
- Acts as back-office Business Parameter Administrator of e-Channel and stand-alone system applications of the Division
- Acts as first level support in various concerns on applications of the Division
- Performs administrative functions such as requisition of the division’s supplies and monitoring of EBD’s FFE and IT Equipment
- Manage the pilot and production implementation requirements and prepare needed requests.
- Documents, Receives, reviews and facilitates the following:
- Service Requests
- Request for Systems Change
- Maintenance Forms
- Test Results.
- Preparation of test data and test script
- Preparation of tools for test case execution.
- Maintains and updates department files (soft and hard copies) for project related documentations.
- Assists in coordinating various projects concerns to internal and external partners.
- Assists Systems Support, Quality Assurance and Reports Section in conducting research, gathering of data, preparing reports and presentation materials.
- Performs basic administrative functions as may be assigned by the Systems Support, Quality Assurance and Reports Section
