HEAD, STRATEGIC SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

  • Provides monthly performance monitoring and analysis in relation to all Cash Management and Trade products with profitability, transaction fees, volume throughput and transaction count targets;

  • Preparation of OPEX and CAPEX budget and expense management requirements specific to the ITBG; monitors ITBG expenses and escalates if there is a potential breach

  • Monitors all billing and collection related activities for ITBG including coordinating with internal units (Sales, Relationship Managers and Branches);

  • Prepares senior management presentation in behalf of Group Head, Product Management Division Head and Channels Division Head in coordination with different internal units;

  • Monitoring of ITBG P&L with internal units;

  • Address all internal and external audit, risk and control related requirements;

  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Performs administrative related functions such as attendance and system access tracking

  • Perform people management related tasks such as, but not limited to career development plan, enhance technical and soft skills, trainings etc.;

  • Guiding the team that will help attain the goals and objectives including KRA monitoring or coordination with other units, as necessary;

  • Proper distributions of work load across all officers to ensure that members are working within optimum level;
