Position Title: Credit Systems and Quality Control Head (Home and Auto Loans)
Job Summary:
The position is mainly responsible in Managing the Quality Framework of CREAD (Credit Evaluation and Approval Department), ensuring robust and sustainable programs to promote quality in every aspect.
The position focuses on:
- Management of the various systems used by CREAD
- CREAD representation on bank-wide projects affecting CREAD and management of various activities that goes with it.
- Management of the CREAD quality control processes
- Management of quality improvement initiatives
- Management of CREAD Data (MI) requirements
- Management of CREAD Complaints resolution
- Management of Service Quality improvement trainings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate; preferably graduate of business course
- 3-5 years experience in credit systems and quality control
- Has at least 5 years of work experience in a managerial capacity
- Experience in handling training and/or team building is an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of IT, programming (e.g. SAS, SQL, VB, Sybase, etc.) a plus
