Position Title: Head, Digital Sales and Retail Segment Communications
Job Summary
- This role drives brand positioning and customer engagement through integrated marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms. Responsible for content creation, corporate communications, and customer education, the position enhances brand presence while supporting culture-building initiatives to foster excellence and customer obsession.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Strengthen Metrobank CBS’ value proposition across various consumer segments through Integrated Marketing Communication strategies
- Lead the development and execution of marketing content to support campaigns, programs, and branding initiatives
- Ensure a strong brand presence across traditional, digital, and social media through creative executions
- Develop and implement corporate communication and customer education strategies via public relations and media engagements
- Drive cultural transformation within CBS by promoting a culture of excellence and customer obsession through strategic initiatives
