Position Title: Head, Products and Services Delivery Department

Job Summary:

  • Evaluates and assists NBBS units particularly in the areas of cash management, POS, and cross-selling efforts. Also collaborates with product manager, channel champion, and subsidiaries to support sales process improvements.
  • Approve or endorse proposals from branch banking clients that wants to avail of the following corporate products to ensure cost-to-income ratios are within acceptable limits:
  • Proposals for Cash Management Services
  • Proposals for Retail Banking Products
  • Proposals for MDR and POS rental subsidies
  • Requests for Corporate Credit Card in coordination CPCS
  • Case-to-Case Request/One-time Approval of deposit pickup/cash delivery
    • Requests for additional / reduction of Armored Car for Standalone branches in cooperation with OPG-CMSD and ITBD
  • Supervises preparation of periodic reports on ADB (average daily balance) requirements for clients who availed the banks’ corporate products under ADB-based pricing or equivalent ADB of fees so that handling RBS relationship manager can monitor the profitability.
  • Assist operations (i.e. inquiries on proper documentation, request for replacement ACU, reportorial requirements) of Stand-Alone Branches (SAB) in close coordination with CMSD.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Product and/or Channel Manager and Subsidiaries on a periodic basis to support business development and implementation.
  • Facilitate bottom-up feedback and perform root-cause analysis on cash management and other corporate product delivery breaches and endorse possible solution to appropriate unit (i.e. Product Manager/IT/Channel Manager).
  • Supervise monitoring of client on-boarding to consumer and commercial loan, booking / usage within agreed TAT.
  • Prepare, review, and submit the ISABRA of the Department to ISD.

Role Exposure:

  • Evaluates and assists the branches particularly in the areas of cash management products, POS, and cross-selling efforts.
  • Gain deeper understanding and collaboration with different business units – product managers, channel managers and subsidiaries to support sales process improvement.
  • Approve and endorse proposals from branch banking clients that wants to avail cash management products.
  • This role prepares the successful candidate for complex technical or managerial roles related to usage of analyzing, evaluating and approving proposals for branch banking decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or any related field.
  • Prior experience of 3 years or more in branch banking sales, marketing and analysis of average daily balance (ADB) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools such as (but not limited to) MS Excel, Power BI.
  • Ability to manage people of 7 pax.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with various technical and functional team.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders of varying seniority levels is an advantage.
