Position Title: Head, Strategic Brand Marketing Division

 

Job Summary: 

Responsible for overall brand strategy and operations. Drives brand love and business growth while ensuring sustainability and integrity. Work with the Bank's Chief Marketing Officer in driving overall brand strategy and growth plan for Metrobank and identify opportunity areas for development based on consumer and market trends. 

 

Role Exposure:

  • Be able to organize and take part of marketing events to raise brand awareness  
  • Lead the brand team towards the Bank's business growth and institutional brand through innovation and productivity
  • Be part of a dynamic team and collaborate to further meet the Bank's marketing needs

 

Qualifications:  

  • With at least 8 years of experience in business and brand development, product marketing, and creating strategic marketing initiatives 
  • With at least 5 years of experience in managing a team of brand managers or marketing professionals
