Position Title: Head, Trade Services Department

 

Job Summary:
 

  • Responsible in providing a strong operational leadership to ensure overall  service delivery execution and client experience, operational excellence and business process innovation, risk and controls , people management and governance, financial discipline and stakeholder relationships.

 

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage the over-all service delivery performance of TSD Client Services Team, TSD Account Services Team and Trade Services Cebu, Davao, Caloocan and Quezon City in compliance with the existing bank policies and procedures, local and international regulations and establish measures on client experience at every touchpoint of the customer journey
  • Own and drive the team competency programs, transformation, system and process improvements, identification of project opportunities to achieve efficient operations and prioritize key technology enhancements across various trade processes that will support productivity and controls enhancement.
  • Build a strong transparent performance management, continuous communication, timely feedback, coaching and mentoring potential leaders, succession pipeline, and critical talent bench and prepare the organization with skills of the future to continue to grow and evolve with the business.
  • Responsible in building a strong risk and controls focused operations and work closely with the business partners and risk managers in driving and implementing an effective, robust, pro-active and sustainable controls programs to manage risks to the business.
  • Plan and manage budgets across teams and help achieve financial discipline at all times.
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Trade Finance Operations
