INTERACTION DESIGNER

Job Summary:

The Interaction Designer’s role is to turn the division’s User Experience vision into tangible, navigable reality. The Designer uses customer-driven insights and iterative methodologies to design and create usable, relevant and elegant user flows, interfaces, structure and interactions. The Interaction Design team also establishes an interface design system organizing the best practices across the division’s digital banking products.

Role Exposure: 

  • Build your professional experience on interaction and visual design, content strategy and copywriting 
  • Lead design functions by guiding the work of fellow designers on shared projects to better meet user and business needs

Qualifications:

  • Has at least 5 years of experience as an Interaction Designer or UI/UX Designer 
  • Has at least 5 years of experience with in prototyping and wireframing
  • Must be well-versed in Figma 
  • Has experience working on web and mobile application designs 
  • With experience on working with a multi-discipline team from Tech, Design and Product Management
  • Preferably with experience in conducting design workshops or trainings on user-centered and iterative design
