Position Title: Loan Product Manager
Job Summary
- Manages Loan products from conceptualization, feasibility evaluation, development, roll-out, post-launch and periodic evaluation and product re-design (as needed).
- Grows revenues and builds up volumes of assigned product(s) through developing and implementing programs and initiatives for the bank's Loan product offerings.
- Reviews and evaluates existing policies to re-align these and provide structure to address identified risks.
- Reviews and evaluates existing processes and procedures for consistency and harmonization of practice as well as institute process improvements.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- With Commercial or Consumer Loans handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can perform multi-tasking function
- Can work with minimal supervision
