Job Title : Manual Tester
Job Summary:
- A Manual Tester (SIT/UAT) ensures the readiness of a product before releasing into the market. Primary responsible for designing, developing and administering tests to ensure acceptance criteria are met and identify any potential issues.
Role Exposure:
- Design, develop and document comprehensive test cases
- Defines appropriate tests required and associated test data
- Evaluates and reports result of the test cycle to the Scrum team
- Analyze and review User Stories and its Acceptance Criteria
- Participate in Scrum events
- Performs web and mobile applications testing to ensure that they meet design specifications and are free of bugs and other issues
- Use a variety of testing techniques to identify and report issues and defects, including regression testing, exploratory testing, and system integration testing
- Conducts review, analysis, and investigation of requirements and bugs raised together with the scrum team
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and that the software is meeting those requirements
- Provide inputs to the Test Manager and Test Lead regarding the status of the testing
- Identifying areas that need to improvement based on test results and proposing solution to management
- Prepare and publish detailed daily status report
- Assist production support in replicating any reported issue raised by the customers/users
- Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for systems for production release
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Branch Banking, including hands-on exposure to teller operations.

Strong knowledge of Tellering Systems and branch-level banking workflows.

experience in analyzing user stories and translating them into test scenarios.

Solid background in functional testing for banking or financial services applications.
