Position Title: Online Product Support Officer
Job Summary:
The Online Product Support Officer ensures the accuracy of data input by OPSD Associates. This role involves checking data in databases, correcting transaction details, reviewing and approving transactions, handling KYC verification, and addressing customer issues that require transactional processes.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of data input by OPSD Associates.
- Review and approve customer details, settlement account linking, and new subscription creation.
- Perform uploads and approvals in eKYC and other online platforms.
- Coordinate with AMLD on filing suspicious transaction reports and other related tasks.
- Handle verification approval for OTC transactions.
- Monitor and handle email correspondences from branches and customers.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in online product support or a similar role.
- Experience in handling customer issues and transactional processes.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of data input and transaction processes.
- Proficiency in using online customer onboarding platforms and databases.
- Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification processes.
- Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle email queries and complaints effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
